This is the type of frivolous and fickle adopter I hope NEVER crosses our dogs path. :( SHAME Buddy is on his way home to Spain..... he arrived at his adoption home yesterday at 2.30pm, and at 4pm we had a message saying the adopter was calling the Dog Warden, as he was not getting on with her other dogs... I begged her to not do that and I immediately contacted the transport company to collect Buddy on their way back through the UK and back to Spain... they collected him this morning and he is now on his way home to us... we had many offers of foster help in the UK but we simply were not given the time to go down this route.... I was also advised that if the money that had been paid up to date was not refunded immediately then the dog would still go to the dog warden, so at 10pm last night I sent a direct bank transfer to the adopter for what she had paid to date.... Both the foster home and myself had been in constant contact with her advising her of Buddys likes and dislikes and how to introduce him etc... but she has gone about this all wrong... and her attitude and lack of patience and understanding appalls me to be honest... I am not usually in the business of blocking people and removing them from the group ... but in this situation I have done so... and I hope that other rescues will see this post and be aware that this is not a suitable adoption home... https://facebook/mel.day.507
