This is the ultimate goal... someday an earthship along with building a community retreat and many other small scale dwellings, just because I like to self experience, but you need land (and a lot of time, due to the labour intensity) for this type of project. I kept getting off-track, up until last summer (gotta keep monitoring, so it doesnt happen anymore and making myself a greater priority, then others)... so I found myself settling for the tiny house stepping stone and due to the portability. Life is much safer as a gypsy, until I feel comfortable growing roots and locking down somewhere... cuz Im seriously frightened by it. With that hard to break belief, i need to have my own soil, as i can never again trust anyone in regards to the concern of my well being... to often I forget not everyone is like me, and thats where we all go wrong and jump in too soon in many endevours. So i have huge issues to ever trust rooting on anothers land ever again... so, one step at a time... i grab a lot of tiny house and self sufficient ideas from earthships, cause its all the good stuff in one sorta living entity or system structure... this video and his project sound so similar to the ideas I wish to implement... ill be following this and hes also one of the earthship dudes that had to break free so he could build his dream and free himself from municipalities and building codes... etc... he opened my eyes to things, cuz hes Canadian, which makes things more believable... pioneering the way to build freely and why I dont vote. I had no idea he had a sovereign site... thats new to me. I am big on change... and on room to do, move and breath. I like choice, along with good roads, Internet, communication ability to keep connected and simple need organizations... somethings gotta compromise and things need to be evaluated and rebuilt. Its got outta hand and were being taken advantage of for the high ends getting a free ride for doing nothing and handcuffing us for wanting to just build a homestead.
