This is the workout Im a little over two weeks into. (and no Im not THAT flexible!! ...yet ;) ) Can I just tell you that my first few days, I was waiting for the real workout, wondering why were doing so much moving and stretching. And then at the end of the first week, I *FELT* it: the soreness, the flexibility, the strength! :) The PiYo Workout is working me like no other. Im stronger than I was two weeks ago, and FEEL amazing doing it. This is one workout that I honestly look forward to every day now. No weights and no jumping.
