This is the worst possible news that anyone could hear about the future of the Internet, including our free speech rights here in the United States and across the world! Another Obama move to globalize the world politically and to weaken the USA in its influence around the globe! ICANN could very well be moved to Geneva and/or placed under UN control: bad idea! You could expect to be censored and/or taxed based on your world view -- if you do not agree with the liberal ideology, you could become a target in some way.
