This is to be revised not scrapped. The reason why Filipinos are the smartest in Asia is because we have the capacity to be proficient bilinguals. Yes we have our native language although Mr. President did you not understand this petition that you are trying to implement? Therefore if you do, re-assess your game plan. How will you achieve your future economic goals when your future constituents could not express themselves in their global English language. Japan. Korea, Thailand, Vietnam----they go to our country because they feel that they could learn the English language from us. They even come to me for tutorials. Well maybe this is just a great excuse for people in this country who have no skills in speaking in English. This petition signing just goes to prove how primitive your mentality is by saving face in order to avoid nosebleeds! Tanga Much Lang.
