This is to certify that mr.Imlipongba Imchen, s/o Lucifer Imchen, from Dibuia Village, has no heart at all . This is not to be taken literally as no human can survive without the organ that pumps blood. What mentioned here is the heart that pumps feelings. His former heart has been now in the hands of a female human who is presently not along with him and this has been a catastrophe in his love life. Therefore he is been assigned to live a life without emotions and affection.
