Once upon a time in a land, not too far away There once was a man, for whom a new tv he would pay So online he went, looking for the best deals And at hhgregg he did find one, and it was for real So with a click click here, of his trusty mouse and pad That same day, a new 55 he would have And off he went, hitting submit with a smile And that same day, after a short drive of 7 miles But what to his surprise, and then his dismay His bank would say no, he doesnt shop this way But with quick quick call, and a text here and there They would allow the charge, and be out of his hair One hour, two hours, three and then four Surely to be ready, time they would need no more So another dialed number, should clear up this mess To hhgregg he dialed, so that they could confess We apologize sir, it takes 24 hours to process Then same day pickup, would then be aimless And where is my text, my email, my call? I got none of that really? to which I have appall Upset to the T, I just went with being calm And wait this 24 hours, even if alarmed That no one at hhgregg, thought to say hey We are sorry Mr. brown, we apologize for this delay So Monday morning rolls, right along to be here And no email, text, fax, nor call before me did appear So headed home after a full days work, Well said I, to the phone I go, but be nice not a jerk The 40 minute wait, just to a person for to speak Was fine as I drove home cuz my interest was still peaked Your order was held because to you we needed to speak But can you call back tomorrow for I know not where it is keeped With great calm and breathe I said sure that is fine I just wanted to simply make this tv mine Though no call, no text, no email to me was sent I would not scream or yell or out of shape be bent Tuesday comes as usual right nicely along And I get once again hhgregg on the phone We needed to ask you your name and birthday Cuz the bank has something different or at least so they say Oh so is that all, well great do I get my confirmation now Let me place you on hold please dont bend your brow Oh sir sorry the tv is all sold out at this time But shipment is expected Saturday to arrive Oh really I exclaim to this new news I declare Again no email, text, phone call to make me aware Fine fine fine I said shaking my head Maybe Ill get the tv before I am dead So here we are 6 days later we still wait For something I was to have the same day And no one took action but me myself and I This is how hhgregg chooses to fly? Again I called to my great dismay as no email or anything had come my way a tiny little girl said its there its there but to be safe i called the store with care to the manager i must speak and be post haste on you kind sir i your time wont waste Craig said sorry sir the girl was dead wrong oh really said i oh how id heard that song so a replacement he offered which i gladly did take and after 6 days and nothing i finally did escape and a different tv was mine after this big fight and i got it set up even that same night So this nice tv I may have gotten at a great price But to shop there again on this I will think twice My mission will be from this day forth to take my money through ANYONE elses door So here is where my story does end And the lesson I hope the rest of you keep in If you want better service and this I hope you do Dont ever go to hhgregg...they Suck!
