This is unconstitutional...our forefathers who wrote the Constitution were self sustained. Where do states get the idea they must be connected to the GRID? That should be illegal. Political supreme-ism should not be allowed to undermine our choices. When the economy crashes, she would already be ahead of the game. Way to go Florida and Texas. Want total control of everything. Shame. We could learn a lot from these people going back to basics...
