This is unreal. I believe in respecting the law, and the officers who enforce that law. This however, is unforgivable. Most US citizens have a built in respect for those we have allowed to police us, but with that comes the understanding that those who do will respect and treat us with a certain amount of respect and kindness back. I myself was in a similar circumstance about four years ago, when two Pima County Sheriffs pulled up into my driveway looking for the driver of our very old S-10, my son who had been driving it was wearing a wife beater, had a shaved head, and is fairly dark. They told us someone (???) had reported that he had fired a weapon out the window of the truck. We got no other info than that. When I protested their treatment of my son, One officer told me to return to the house or face arrest. I didnt leave, nor was I arrested. When we called the sheriffs department to get a case #, they didnt have any active stops on record. Things that make you go hmmmm!
