This is very close to home for me, in fact an experience I mySelf have gone through. I find it comforting to know that there is another woman out there who has shared my experience, and the creative, positive and incredibly healing way she is spreading the message. I think the most important message is that we love and accept who we are NOW, in this very moment (all of ourSelves), no matter what. I am not saying its not ok to be a fitness competitor or to be ripped, but rather that if the true love and acceptance of Self in any shape is not there, it wont matter what shape the container is in! Like this woman explains in her video, I too still wasnt happy with my Self even in competition shape. I didnt Love my Body.
