This is very exciting to hear. The Pogue Creek State Natural Area has some of the most amazing geologic formations on the entire Cumberland Plateau. It was recently acquired by the state and has only been open for special guided tours. Now, nearby Pickett State Park has the funding to go ahead and create a main trail through the Pogue Creek section. And Tennessee State Parks tend to be very well run so it should be a quality trail.
