This is very good, but really long and technical. Long story short: A psychopath is incapable of feeling guilt, abiding social boundaries, or remorse due to a deficiency of the amigdala which makes it impossible to empathize with others. A sociopath knows they should feel guilt, remorse, empathy or abide social boundaries(are capable of pretending for short periods in order to achieve whatever it is they want,right now); but they choose not too. A psychopath cannot pretend to love, a sociopath uses love to ake advantage.
