This is very interesting if I may say so. Especially sense I have worked years in the Food industry and this is just not sanitary at ALL! Should be in a walk in cooler or equivalent there of. Not prepared food waiting to be cooked stored in or on Rubbermaid storage totes! Im sure thats not FDA approved, not to mention the screen door that keeps the food safe from the road and parking lot just feet away, I could go on and on at what I seen and video taped and in the video you can see the cook slam his ladle down as the lady notices my camera after I ask about the food and she rushes him to the back door were I just was. And I go back buy and the resolve was to turn the lights off! Then finally the food on top was gone ( prob served ) and totes still there. I dont know maybe Im a fool and this is how things are done now. You be the Judge!
