This is very sad news to share with friends, Faqeer Farooq Rajper, passed away this morning at the age of 55. He has been very active in the struggle of leftist group in Sindh and Pakistan. He was associated with Communist Party of Pakistan, National Awami Party at the times of Wali khan, Pakistan National Party at the time of Mir Ghous Bakhsh Bezenjo, Sindh Hari Committee and Democratic Student Federation. He later became a complete sufi, traveled to Hanglaj many times, lived on shrines. grown a long long bear like Oshoo Rjanesh, used to wear a lot of rings of gem stones, and Qalandri cap. He developed his own wine. He developed a great insight on Bhaghat Kabir. He followed to the Oshoo Rajnesh also. He was a lord and had good land holding but due to his virtue and fakiri, all his family and property could not properly looked after. I lived with him much of time, we used to be together in the same study circles, he was also my leader and teacher. we were together comrade in hands in the Movement for Restoration of Democracy 1983. I traveled with him to the lot of places of remote and far flung areas of Sindh to meet with peasants and mobilize them for the struggle. May God rest his soul in peace.
