This is very similar to a restaurant owner in North Myrtle Beach deciding to close his business during Black Bike Week and was sued by the NAACP for racism & discrimination. Truth of the matter was he was tired of large parties of bikers coming in and leaving without paying tabs that reached several hundred dollars. Even though he had documentation overwhelmingly supporting his claims of the occurrences over a 4 year period he lost in court. I heard a couple years later a kitchen fire destroyed his business. Insurance paid off his losses plus some, he sold the land the business stood on for 3.2 million and he retired OUTSIDE of Horry County at the ripe old age of 53. Win, lose or draw......that was a Happy Ending
