This is very strict. But I stuck to it! Day 1 Breakfast. 1/2 grapefruit, 1 slice toast, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, coffee or tea must have caffeine Lunch 1/2 cup tuna, 1 slice toast, coffee Dinner 3oz meat, 1 cup green beans, 1/2 banana, 1 small apple, 1 cup plain vanilla ice cream Day 2 Breakfast 1 egg, 1 slice toast, 1/2 banana Lunch. 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 hard cooked egg, 5 saltine crackers Dinner. 2 hot dog (all meat) 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream Day 3 Breakfast. 5 saltine crackers, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 small apple Lunch. 1 hard cooked egg, 1 toast Dinner. 1 cup tuna, 1/2 banana, 1 cup vanilla ice cream NOTE:: You can only drink waster after lunch on day 1. If you are allergic to a food check online under military diet for substitute. No added anything. A little lemon pepper is permisable. Its not as bad as it may seem, the only problem I had was a headache because I didnt drink enough water. Good luck
