This is week 3 of my 2nd month of #Insanity. Today was #MaxIntervalCircuit. While this workout is 65 minutes, it took about 1 hour 30 mins to complete. I started it around 6:30am and finished a little past 8am. I used a pause to wake my son, then another pause to get him breakfast, another to pack his lunch, another to say goodbye to my husband and son and several others to answer texts that came in. Despite this and not feeling my best this morning, I was a sweaty mess and really dug deep when I pushed play. Even though I pressed pause so many times, I did not skip one single part of this workout and still feel good about it!
