This is what I call, Like for Locals. Ive been on the periphery of racing for over 45 years. Ive always taken photos of everyone. The older I get, the more I realize, the local guys, the ones who are under funded and are doing what they can to field a car, are the backbone of motorsports. What is greater? Those who have a lot and spend and amount for a well funded team, or those who have little, but give their all to put a car on the track? Please give a like to this local. All I recall is the name, Phil Bartelt, who was from Wisconsin and that when he signed one of these, he told me he got his wallet stolen out of his unlocked trailer and the thief was using his credit card to buy stuff at the track.
