This is what I dont get. The red states (republican controlled) hate the federal goverment and support states rights. However, when they had a chance to set up state run exchanges, but by in large they refused, thus allowing the feds to do it for them. Here they lost control of the process. So, in states that set up their own exchanges, more people are signing up, while the red state conservatives cry about the federal website. Now, they will lose federal $$$ for not expanding medicaid and those $$$ will shift away from their states. Talk about Barney Fife shooting himself in the foot. And now you see why these southern states are poorer and come in last in almost every education ranking. Look at their leadership, or lack thereof.
