This is what I have accomplished so far on my fitness journey. I started in 2009 at 156 lbs. my first step to lose weight was deciding I wanted to make a lifestyle change (no more quick, easy and cheap diets for me) I started walking on a treadmill, stopped drinking soda, drank more water and started eating healthy. In 2012 I discovered P90X and my transformation began... I completed my first challenge but I didnt stop there, working out eating healthy and drinking Shakeology became part of my every day routine. In 2013 after completing a second round of P90X and Insanity and reaching my healthy weight I decided to sign up as a Beachbody coach because I felt it was the right thing to do. I wanted to tell the world about what Team Beachbody was doing for me, my health, and my body. I wanted other people to join me and to be more conscious about the choices they are making in their lives. I wanted to pay it forward. I have touched many peoples lives and I wish to continue to do that. My goal is to help as many people as possible to lose weight, get healthy and to know that if you feel good in the inside it will reflect on the outside. It hasnt been easy for me because I get discouraged when I dont see fast results, but these pictures you see help me see how far Ive come. So if you are ready to STOP doing easy and fast diets, I can help you choose the right fitness program for you. Ill add you to my accountability group, coach you and motivate you. But I have to warn you the Beachbody challenge isnt for everyone only for those who are SERIOUS about making a lifestyle change.
