This is what I listen to from my bedroom every single night for hours and hours at a time. It occurs all day as well, but I am generally able to be on the other side of the house, away from it. The 2 dogs next door bark constantly!! It literally goes on with no more than a minutes pause every couple of minutes. It is driving me insane. I have complained to the neighbor and finally to the city; to no avail. I dont know what else to do. I am a dog lover, but have trained my dogs not to behave in this way. Any suggestions???
