This is what I was looking for but didnt find in 2012. This guy touched every issue thats important to me; combine this speech with his tireless efforts & courage in advance of freedom and against tyranny and Im completely sold. Ill support the primary winner but until one is chosen, Cruz is my guy. I want someone who will get church people out of their pews and into the marketplace of ideas, if he cant do it, no one can. The tide in the Republican Party is turning, I heard it on Wed. evening, I heard it in this speech and I heard it in the crowd. Dont tell me hes too much of a firebrand, we need excited voters. Dont tell me he lacks executive experience, as Texas Solicitor General he was responsible for staff and budgets equivalent to the responsibilities of a CEO. Cruz hits all the right notes and clearly has the intelligence, skill, talent and leadership qualities to be the transformational president we need for such a time as this.
