This is what I was talking about earlier this week. The Tonto National Forest (aka Fed Govt) in Arizona is taking away 2,400 acres and giving it to private Copper Miners Rio Tinto and BHP Billiton in spite of a massive movement by Native America (mainly San Carlos) to protect its cultural site. It would take Federal Land and move it to Private land and the miners can do whatever they want with the land.
