This is what Mr. Willie James Billington means to me: Wisdom from doing God’ will {John 7:17} Identity of John the Baptist {John 1: 19-27} Learning through guidance and correction {Jeremiah10:23-24} Learn what pleases the Lord {Ephesians 5:10} Identified as the Lord’s treasure {Deuteronomy 26:18} Esteemed for strength {Isaiah 25:3} Joy of Salvation {Isaiah 12:2} Aspiring to be the greatest in Kingdom {Luke 9:46-48} Memories of Old temple as new temple begun {Ezra 3:10-13} Encouraging others {1 Corinthians 16:18} Salvation only through Holy Spirit {John 6:63-65 LB} Bible is not by bread alone {Deuteronomy 8:3; Jeremiah 15:16; Matthew 4:4} Identified by name {Romans 16:3-12} Love true love cannot be quenched {Songs of Songs 8:7} Looking out for people’s welfare {Esther 10:3} Neighborhood watch {Psalm 104:20-25 LB} Growth in spirit and character {1 Samuel 2:26} Tender-hearted or Testing Divine patience {Numbers 14:18} Obedience by Divine instructions {Psalm 143:10} Negotiation bargaining {Genesis 18:20-23} I came across a book by accidently that inspired me to write this poem. I felt that I had found this book for a reason, was I being prepared, for something? I was soon to find out. A few months later my cousin in law was diagnosed with prostate cancer, he was only 53, he lost his battle just six in half weeks later, I now know that he is in this beautiful place and when my time comes I have no fear of joining him. This poem describes the world we go to and what is waiting for us when we pass to the other side. Life Beyond I feel the warmth upon my face as I enter the land of God’s good grace, Friends and loved ones gone before, waiting here beyond the door. With open arms they welcome me, amazement in my eyes they see. They look so well and at their best, beauty beholds them now they rest. I walk across the grass so green, the greenest grass I’ve ever seen. I jump and skip and bounce on air, it’s almost like there’s nothing there. A sky of blue, not a cloud in sight, perpetual day no darkest night. Every flower is in full bloom, undefined colors of every hue. The streams and rivers crystal clear, no rubbish or decay found here. The sea is calm and turquoise blue, I long to test it, wouldn’t you? The softest sand beneath my feet at the water’s edge, where they both meet. The warmest waters gently flow, bathing me from head to toe. A city built of alabaster walls, where translucent light eliminates the halls. Theatres of music and concerts too, magnificent galleries for all to view. Amazing sights for me to see, I just wander in, there’s no entrance fee. Libraries stacked with books galore, history, science and many more. The celestial sun does forever shine; it’s a perfect temperature all the time. Orchards here overflow with fruit, a taste in itself that is exquisite. I’m told it will help my soul to restore, pick what I like, there is plenty more. This ethereal plain is a pure delight; it’s my new home, my God given right. There is nothing here to cause me fear, the lord protects within his sphere. An infinity of perfect peace, from the toils of earth I am now released. I have landed on a higher realm, in perfect harmony to forever dwell. So believe when I tell you my dear friends, you cannot die, life never ends. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son. Every morning is a Gift from God. My cuz in law Mr. Willie James Billington R.I.P. Now because your body is tired. You will truly be missed by me already and I am missing you already. No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelled in us, and his love is perfected in us. You had shed your last tears, so don’t cry for me because I am not dead I am still living but not on the real earth anymore but we will meet again on your judgment day because I just made it to the Crossover Storms looking down on you’ll; I will always love you’ll; I am at the crossover of the storms and our heavenly father just didn’t won’t me to suffer and be in pain anymore to be misery this is why He said to me come on home with me my son {Willie James Billington} so I can really take care of you; where I will put you in a whole new body without pain where you can’t do nothing but Praise me in my Kingdom doors. You has already Broke every chain that the Lord wanted you to. I will always carried you around in my heart and the people ask me where are you from now on I will say he’s resting because he has broken all of the chain that the lord wanted him to before he left his cuz in law {Mrs. Joyce Hampton{Mr. Kensey Hampton’s wife}. I will always Love you Willie.
