This is what happened to our family in Hills. They had no legal right to enter and forced their way in by threatening our son. Then my wife and then me the neighbors could hear My wife Noreen scream please dont kill my husband I was on the floor in our little boys room who woke to hear baker scream and his brother scream dont hurt my dad, and his mothers plea for mercy. They went on to drag me from the house in my underwear and drop me at the Nobles county jail without any paperwork. Finally several hours later the head jailer got on the phone and demanded to know what I was there for and was told DUI. She asked e if i had drove drunk again I said No When I went to post bail almost a week later the head jailer Joe said I cant process you out tonight if I cant get anyone to send a copy of the arrest warrant stating what you are bailing out on and why you were held. I am preparing to also post all od the RCSD documents pertaining to this and a half a dozen other times baker is kneck deep in nearly all situations and WE ARE THE REAL REASON HE LEFT ROCK COUNTY, THE REASON THE JUDGE QUIT, THE COUNTY CLERK OF COURT RETIRED, AND THE REASON THEY ILLEGALLY TOOK OUR HOME! The ROCK COUNTY ATTORNEY NAD THE PUBLIC DEFENDER LOUIS KUCHERA ARE THE INSTIGATORS and we have been with the help of some in Washington DC and two private investigators in Minnesota put our case togrther and now it is time to get the word out and head to court.
