This is what happens when I have a headache. No jumping! No fast moving! Im just trying to survive the work out. Skipping my plank variation day so I can give your shoulders a break. Heres four ab moves for you to try. Like right now.... Get on the floor. 1. Star weighted reach I just made that up. :-) on your back and hands to a T. Bring legs together and straight up. Keep legs straight and try to focus on your core pulling all your limbs together. 2. Teapots! Im a little tea pot short and stout here is my handle heres that 20lb kettlebell working out the obliques! Slide the bell straight down but dont use your back. Use your core to pull you up. Its easy and seems like you arent doing anything. Trust me, youll feel 20-30 on each side the next day. 3. Slide through table top. From table top slide your butt under and two inches behind your hands. Dont let your Burt touch the ground. If you are blessed with a larger rear than myself try on your fingertips and arch your palm. 4. Pilates ABCs On your back lift your legs out and point your toes. Keep your low back on the ground. You may have to keep your legs higher to do so. With your straight legs and pointed toes write the alphabet in the air. Now excuse me while I down a bottle of exception migraine....
