However he has a point. - if no danger is being caused to the public, should the officer research the ordinance and then explain in full to the citizen, do you think that would have changed the actions of compliance with the candidate? Or do you think that they would continue to challenge as is their constitutional right? - Q:1 was the Officer out of line in his actions? - Q:2 was the candidate fishing for a reaction for publicity? Q:3 what are your views on protected speech?
