This is what happens when people get the convoluted idea that the government grants rights. That couldnt be more wrong. The government doesnt grant us rights... we are endowed by our creator. The Constitution is set up to keep our government from violating those rights. There is no right to anything you cannot do for yourself. If you need a doctor to give you health care then there can be no right to health care. The one exception that comes to mind is the right to have counsel present during questioning. That requires a lawyer. But GOVERNMENT pays for that lawyer if you cant afford one -- they do not force your boss to pay for it, nor should they. The same is true for health care. Your boss shouldnt be forced to provide you any more compensation than that which you negotiate for yourself. Its none of the governments business whether your boss pays for your health insurance or anything else.
