This is what harnett county finest does in front of peoples house that keep their yard cut and clean. When they need to be cutting grass on the sides of roads instead of sleeping. Also filling pot holes on 87 that we citizens have to get our cars align all the time because our cars fall onto them. It seems they do not train the people they hire because lets face it they do not know what they are doing. If they were trying to get the grass off the road they messed up big time as you can see it is still on the road!!!
