This is what i am thinking today...Over the last year I have heard some horrible stories about kitties who are allowed or escaped to go outdoors...I will spare you the details but suffice it to say the events were tragic, barbaric and terrifying.....So this is my thought....PLEASE keep all your kitties inside...they adapt and are happy and safe. I have turned my screen room into a "catio" had it rescreened with pet screening and had vynl latice put inside. My kitties are very happy and safe and love it, they cannot escape and they can see everything. I have 5 kitties who were once true Ferals, not scared strays..not one of them have even tried to get out once they are domesticated. There are predators out there who see your kitty as a meal and there are terrible people who would like to hurt your kitty.......So that is my thought for today.
