This is what is happening in Australia too, I won a case against ERGON ENERGY QUEENSLAND PTY LTD, rendering the Name appearing on the Electricity Bill, as not the true correct name of the person being charged, Magistrate MCFADDEN agreed that the name was False, rendering the Bill to be VOID. The case file number of that case no longer exists with the CAIRNS MAGISTRATES COURT, even though I have the Files and the Registry number. When they lose, the shred the evidence. Same with the Federal Court, when I asked why the person: JOSEPHINE ANNE WILLIS signed the name appearing as: FEDERAL MAGISTRATE WILLIS, being a fiction name, rendering WILLIS in violation of section 514 of the Criminal Code, (Personage) the Attorney General unregistered the name: THE FEDERAL MAGISTRATES COURT OF AUSTRALIA rendering all the files of that matter to be no longer in legal existence. ??? The correct lawful name should have appeared as: Federal Magistrate: JOSEPHINE ANNE WILLIS But JOSEPHINE ANNE WILLIS appeared as: WILLIS, JOSEPHINE ANNE on the electoral roll, You see how things fall apart when you start asking questions in relation to Authenticating the so called Authority. (Its all a QUASI FAKE BULLSHIT SCAM!) ruled by CRIMINALS. Its a massive FRAUD, in a legal sense.
