This is what makes BFMT all worth while to me - Kristen Please share! Id like to thank this page and all its followers for the influence it has had on me during my breast feeding journey. My daughter is now 18 months old and has weaned herself 😞 It is bittersweet, but I am proud of how far weve come! During my pregnancy, I struggled with bf vs. formula, because I didnt have any local support. Thankfully I decided to nurse for the first 6wks. During that first 6 weeks I found this page and when I hit that marker, I wasnt ready to stop both due to the information I had received here and because I was too hooked on the incredible bond. You women inspired me to keep going, to be proud of what I was doing for my daughter, and to share the knowledge I had with others. I proudly nursed in public, offered advice to pregnant friends, and posted as many facts on social media as possible! This small town now has TONS of young breast feeding mothers, and Id like to think my boldness during my journey played a little part in that. I couldnt have done it without you! Keep it up mommas!
