This is what mumma bear got up to today while bubs was in the crèche :) Love getting an hour in the gym to myself to train, makes me feel alive and human! Im slowly starting to see some gains and I am loving it!!! The biggest area post baby that I want to focus on is my now saggy butt lol! Today I trained legs, glutes and shoulders..
