This is what my little abandoned/lost pup looked like as I approached him for first time today near empty office building where he was reported hanging out all day. He was eager for love but very timid- he had probably been out roaming in nearby marsh/swampy area next door. Covered in fleas- he chewed his hair down to his skin on back and on his toes. I had to feed him wet cat food because it was all I had. He inhaled it and a whole bottle of spring water. Now he is bathed and has eaten real good dog food...has one very red inner ear which should be looked at by a vet and a few abrasions but he will be ok. He knocked over a basket of clean doggie blankets and has been burrowing- just buried a big bone- he keeps coming over to me for kisses- he DID hold his pee per and whimpered and went outside to go potty... Impressive! Hoping for help to foster him!! He should be VERY easy to adopt out. He has a little separation anxiety to be expected- he is probably still a little scared and unsure of what is happening. PLEASE SHARE!! He is a keeper!! 904-327-4334
