This is what my mom made for New Years and my Birthday. Texas sheet cake (umm chocolate). Pigs in a blanket. Then thick cut bacon on skewers, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves, 3/4 teaspoon Nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pecker (Pepper), put skewered bacon in a ziplock bag, then shake it up and coat the bacon. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil. Spray rack on top of baking sheet. Turn oven down to 325 degrees, stick in oven. Turn skewers every 10 to 15 mins. Until done, appox 25 or 30 mins. Enjoy! Yumm Bacon!
