This is what one of our customers said about us... It was nice to put a face to an e-mail on Friday. I actually came back on Saturday with my wife and we purchased a Veloster. Chris did a fantastic job being patient and helpful. As I let you both know, I was activley shopping between a Hyundai and an Altima over at Woodmen Nissan. Two totally different cars but what brought me back to Phil Long Hyundai @ Chapel Hills was the level of customer service and product knowledge from Chris. He wasnt interesed in moving a car as much as he was interested in insuring we were getting into the right vehicle for our situation. Not to mention my teenage son is very happy to go off to college in a Veloster in a couple of years. In addition, I would be amiss if I failed to mention the fact that you have been patiently working with me for a few months while I was on again/off again car shopping as I just couldnt make up my mind. You never once lost focus on ensuing I was being kept informed of what you had available. You were helpful wihtout being overbearing. I commend you on finding that fine balance between keeping a possible lead for your sales team but also gaining the trust of a potentional customer. Working as a supervisor in the customer service industry, it is all to rare when service beyond a sale is delivered at the level I received at your dealership. I am not sure who should recieve this but I hope you would be humble enough to send this little compliment to both your supervisor and Chris Prestons supervisor also. I truely feel that the main reason I left with a car today was the direct interactions shared by yourself and Chris. I have a vision of your picture on the breakroom wall of fame as Internet Guru of the Month. Way to Go Nadine!
