They’re current behavior is not aligned with Truth, Love, Good, Right, Morality, and they cannot face the wrongs they are a part of. They instead refuse to accept it, and reject it in many defensive rationalizations to excuse their participation in evil wrongdoings that cause harm when they don’t need to if they would choose to align with what is good by taking that hard, arduous, narrow path of Truth.
