This is what real welfare looks like. Do taxpayers really need to continue subsidizing billionaires? If they are so successful and smart, why do they need taxpayer subsidies in the first place? If they are so sure that an investment in a stadium will bring in money, why do they need the taxpayer/government to assume the risk? Personally, I prefer my tax dollars going toward much needed infrastructure investment like rail, roads, waterways,etc, those things that actually add value to society.
