This is what we have to do, before any member of our military forces signs its retirement or termination of its contract, and go out to the civilian life and start looking for a job, we have to make sure what kind of work you want to do before your contract gets terminated, we have to provide job counseling for military members way ahead of time calculating the amount of time it takes for a prospective employer to revise your application and determine if you qualify for the position required, then, as in your application you will specified the date in which your contract with the U.S. government military forces is terminated, you could specified there the desire starting date, so, no military veteran will ever go out on retirement or termination of contract and become unemployed or end up homeless after sometime of frustration of non finding the required job, you will be able to immediately find a job and you will not have to use your savings or your unemployment benefits while you manage to find a job. lets make it so.
