Well, listen up: My dean, despite a 91% approval rating, just got canned. His crime? Giving end-of-year-bonuses to the secretaries (the secretaries!!!) because the university would not let any of their bosses give them an actual raise. This was around the same time that the university was inking its contract with the football coach who makes more money than any god you might believe in. Because, you know, football is central to the mission of an institution of higher education. And secretaries are not. Row the Boat and all.
