Although I washed it with antibacterial soap and applied antiseptic cream, today it is getting red and swollen and finger is stiff, painful and hard to bend. It did bleed a lot at the time, which hopefully should have removed a lot of bacteria. Does this look like it might be wise to get antibiotics tomorrow?
