This is where the rubber meets the road. For those of you who dont know, we are a foster family. Yesterday, we got a call about a little 19 day old baby who is in the hospital, awaiting release. He has suffered domestic abuse, and has some issues with bleeding on the brain. We have not yet taken a baby who has had this kind of medical issues. Im nervous and a bit scared, but we are trusting God to help us be the love this baby needs right now. I imagine my schedule for photo sessions will be very limited, though I do have a mommys helper on stand-by for when we need her. Can I ask for your prayers for our family? This is going to be a big adjustment for us again, and with a baby with medical fragility, things might get a little tougher than we expect. Please pray for healing for this baby, and please pray for his mama and daddy, who really need Jesus to help them get through this rough time in their lives. Pray that we can be a light to them in some way...that we will not judge them, but love them with the love of Christ. Thanks so much!!! I know there are those of you who will read this and really be praying for us, and for that, I am very thankful. We want to glorify God in all that we do.
