This is why I do what I do! If feels great getting these types inboxes! I am so proud of you!! Rekindled Dreams is an AMAZING way to help our young men. I am willing to volunteer my time to help out. I can do mailings, phone calls or marketing. In addition I am a prayer warrior and would love to offer spiritual guidance/support to your guys and even facilitate rides to a diverse church also. I go to Bethel World Outreach. I have always wanted to help our young men but didnt know how. This will be life changing for these guys. As a mom of 3 black (bi racial) boys I do understand some of what adversaries they face. My oldest son could really benefit from your program. Hes 23 now. He needs strong black male influence. He has dreams and ambitions but doesnt know how to reach his potential. He grew up without a dad. He joined a gang at 13, skipped school, got in the legal system, sold marijuana,. Cory I fought hard to save my son!! I got him out of the gang, and he graduated high school! He was doing okay until a couple of years ago when he did six months in jail for marijuana possession, simple possession. He was back to selling it and even got robbed! Thank God he has since given his life to God, is active in church and no longer sells. However he is discouraged about reaching his goals.
