This is why I dont like to carry my guns with empty chambers, safeties, or other features that will keep it from firing when I need it to. This crook would have had a toe tag on his foot if that guy has thought to check his gun over before he took off. Instead he paid for the mistake with his life. Let this be a lesson to you guys and gals that dont like to carry with your gun ready to go. Its a terrible idea. In the heat of the moment you will forget about such things and you will pay for it. Sometimes drastically so.
