This is why I follow very close to my Mentor.... Marketing ,Values, and Mentoring… do you have these or access to them at THE HIGHEST LEVEL? So much in this video resonates with me. Thinking outside the box, definite values, different objectives, solid strategies and I could go on and on. We plan to change Direct Sales, one leader at a time. I’m not interested in sponsoring “everybody who can fog a mirror”. I only want those eager to change their life…plus be a part of something bigger than all of us combined. No short cuts, no ground floors, no pre-launch, no hype on where you are placed or being there the first day. How many times have you heard that? And you still believe that’s what creates huge success? We won’t do it by focusing on a company or a product or who’s getting in under who. Ive seen that hype 20 times a year for 24 years and the people who chase it, are still chasing it. We will do it by making “each dedicated person a pro”. You become the best with focus, expert guidance and marketing. The shoes, the ball, the driver…(the products Tiger uses, companies he promotes) none make Tiger who he is. That has to come from desire… the highest level in swing coaches and sports psychologists…plus relentless practice…he can win with any equipment and the same goes with companies and products in direct sales. If you can’t get to the top of your company, it’s not because of your company…or your product…it’s skill…and only skill will do it. Some companies are set up better and pay more than others…but that has nothing to do with getting to the top of that particular pay plan. We (our team) are some of the crazy ones and we will change how things are perceived and done….and there are only 2 choices, you can participate, or you can watch. Lets talk
