This is why I have chosen to support Sports Connections Foundation as my charity of choice! There are lots of amazing charities out there, but for me...It goes so well alongside my Fit 4 Kidz Programme. I am passionate about making a difference to the lives of children and being involved with Sports Connections Foundation...gives me an opportunity to reach out in a different way....to children that would not necessarily be able to participate in my programme. Sports Connections Foundation helps disadvantaged and vulnerable children both in the UK and Africa as well as providing amazing Sporting Wishes for children with life threatening illnesses like the very brave Thomas pictured here! Which charity do you support? Could you do something to help out a local charity trying to do amazing things in the local area.Get involved in one of our events? Become a monthly donor? Run your own event to raise funds for the charity? Whatever you do....Make SCF your chosen charity so that they can continue making a difference :)
