This is why I love my industry. Theres a lot of nastiness sometimes but today theres been a huge amount of compassion, grieving and love. The fitness world lost one of the truest, kind hearted, passionate people today. For his friends and family they can log on and see the comments and prayers from all around the world and know that they are being supported. Most of these people never knew or met Joe but they felt the need to send their love and thoughts to those who need it right now. My thoughts are with his friends, work colleagues and his wife and children. I lost my dad young and its heartbreaking to know that someone else is suffering the pain I went through. Live life like there is now tomorrow and die with no regrets. Life is about making choices and even if we make bad ones there will always be something good that comes out of it. Its just a shame it takes such a tragedy to remind us of this. RIP Joe - I started my BODYCOMBAT journey by watching you on DVD release 25 with Dan and Rach, you inspired me then and you will continue to inspire me. Thank you for being you.
