This is why I love the 21 Day Fix and other programs because everyone is involved and you are NOT left alone in this! Not only do we help out with questions, advice, support but so do the actual creators of the program :) LOVE...LOVE...LOVE that new questions and advice is always given! A weight loss journey should be about changing from the inside out. Its a fun and learning experience and ENJOY THE RIDE.
