This is why I shared about our miscarriage and why I wont likely wait 12 weeks to share if we get pregnant again. A life is a life is a life...and its celebration starts at conception. Lets stop perpetuating this crazy thinking that new or expecting moms shouldnt get excited until the second trimester. Like somehow not publicly acknowledging a life makes it any less of a life or would make it any less painful to lose a child. The idea that women should mourn a miscarriage alone or be embarrassed if they jump the gun and share the news too early before its safe to share is just absurd.
