This is why I will not work with anyone for Free. I have been working with clients now since 1999, so 15 years..I started doing transformation style training in 2002. I get emails on a fairly regular basis from people asking for free services from me. Over the years I have trained people for free or for trade, made plans for super discounted/free cost, ect. About 2 years ago I decided never to do it again. Before you go jumping to conclusions let me explain, it has nothing to do with being greedy or not wanting to help. There were 1000s of dollars lost over the years and that would have been fine if those people actually followed and transformed. I do what I do because I love seeing people transform, when I had nothing I was still waking up wanting to help people and many times doing it for free or for next to nothing. The issue is that the people who were getting these plans/1 on 1 are not transforming . The success rate with these people is 10% or less. They have not invested anything so its very easy to quit when things get tough or a curve ball is thrown in their life. Sure everyone wants to look great and be healthy but as we know you have to be 100% READY for Hard Work , Dedication and Change. Money is not everything but the money spent is money they had to work hard to get so it does keep a person more accountable. I understand not every single person we come in contact with will be able to afford what we do, that is why we write 100s of blogs trying to educate people on the dos and donts of fitness /health. As much as I want to help you, I will not do it for free and this is for your own good.
